• Our Commitment

  Flop It is a social network for adult poker players. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and have zero tolerance for any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. We fully comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including reporting obligations to regional and national authorities.

• Minimum Age Requirement

  Flop It requires users to be at least 18 years of age to register and use the app. This requirement is enforced during account creation and in our Terms of Use.

• Prohibited Content

  The following content is strictly prohibited on Flop It:

  • Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM)

  • Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the abuse or exploitation of minors

  • Any attempt to use the platform to contact, groom, or exploit minors

  Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by law.

• Reporting Mechanisms

  Flop It provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to flag any content or behavior that may violate our child safety standards. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

• Compliance and Reporting to Authorities

  Flop It complies with all relevant child safety laws, including the PROTECT Our Children Act. We report any identified child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the NCMEC CyberTipline and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
